Students and/or parents can pick up these iPads beginning on Thursday  afternoon and during open house on August 21st.  You must pay your 75.00 yearly iPad Fund amount in order to take the iPad off school property. The $75.00 check must be separate from the book bill.

iPad Implementation with Freshman Class 2018

This is the third year of our iPad initiative. Your child will be using an iPad for instruction during their high school courses.  These iPads will be issued just as textbooks are issued and will be used throughout the entire school year.  Please remember that parents will need to come into the school for an information session prior to the iPads being issued to their student.

Three dates have been set for these informational meetings, Monday, August 11th at 7pm, Tuesday , August 12th  at 10 am and Wednesday, August 13th at 7pm.  If you are unavailable those dates, alternate dates will be Wednesday August 20th at 7 pm and Thursday August 21 at 10 am.  You must attend ONE session. These sessions are for parents only.

The $75.00 technology fund for the iPad is a yearly expense that will be collected at the time of bookbills or you may pay the day you attend the orientation.  The $75.00 check must be separate from the book bill. This technology fund will include the new iPad, one power cord, a case, and school required apps and textbooks. Once your student has completed graduation requirements the iPad will be issued to them. Any questions prior to the meeting can be directed to Mr. Johnson at 419-876-3173 or Mr. Mumaw at 419-876-3173.  The program has been a benefit to students and staff and we continue to integrate this technology into more and more areas of study. This year we will be using 13 digital textbooks in the three grades.

You must attend one parent meeting in order for the iPad to be issued to your child:

Monday                        August 11th                          7 pm

Tuesday                        August 12th                        10 am

Wednesday                   August 13th                        7 pm

Alternate Dates (Please email me if you need to use one of the alternate dates)

Please contact Mr. Mumaw to set up an alternate time.

Please mark your calendars and I look forward to seeing you on one of these dates.
