2014/15 Yearbook orders are being taken now. Forms will be sent home with Pre-K through 8th grade. HS forms can be picked up in Mrs. Verhoff's or Mrs. Schnipke's room. This cost is $ 43.00, $ 5.00 for personalization and $ 3.00 for icons. Orders are due by April 24th. Checks to MC Yearbook. 
Lima Sporting Good re-orders and raffle tickets need to be turned into Mr. Pester.  Today is the last day for the re-orders.  Coach will take the tickets today or tomorrow at practice. 
Quiz Bowl/Art
Congratulations to the following students who each received a Blue Ribbon Merit Award at the Putnam County Art Show this year: Erika Meyer, Tiffany Welty, Haley Lammers, Alissa Schnipke, Bailey Schroeder, Cassie Niese, Makenna Ricker, and Brittany Kohls.
The following individuals received 2 Blue Ribbon Merit Awards: Courtney Alt , Jordan Drummelsmith, and Allison Alexander.
Miller City was awarded 6 of the 14 Best of Show Ribbons this year at the Art Show. Congratulations to Erika Meyer, Tiffany Welty, Jordan Drummelsmith, and Allison Alexander for each winning one, and to Haley Lammers for winning 2 Best of Shows! The Best of Show work is on display in the school office.

Congratulations to the Miller City High School Quiz Bowl team at the tournament yesterday. They placed third in the county. Adam Schroeder lead the team with an amazing 60 points for the day!! Great job everyone!

JH Volleyball
Attention girls in 6th and 7th Grade: Please sign up in the office if you are interested in playing Junior High Volleyball for the 2015/2016 season.

HS Girls Soccer
There will be a meeting for parents and players on Monday, March 30th at 7:30 p.m. in the media center for any girl playing high school soccer next year.

We will begin painting and decorating for prom on Sunday, March 29th at 6:00 p.m. in the old school. All Juniors and their parents are welcome to help. 
Juniors and Seniors - Prom and Post Prom tickets are available. Prom tickets are $12.00 per person for all Juniors/Seniors and guests. Post Prom tickets are free for Seniors and $5.00 for all Juniors and guests. Mr. Peck will be selling tickets during lunch starting Monday, March 23rd - Wednesday, April 1st.

Spring Picture Day
Spring picture day will take place April 9th. HS students grades 9-11, forms are available in the office if you are interested in getting your picture taken on that day.  
Fieman's Association Queen's Contest
The Miller City Fire Department is sponsoring a Queen's candidate for girls ages 16 through current seniors. Information is available in the office.

If you know someone that has a instrument sitting around their house and would like to sell it for a reasonable price to a Miller City beginning band student please fill out a google form from the Student Announcements website. .

Mr. Lucas is making a list of available instruments in our district for sale to beginning band students.

MC-NC Education Association Scholarship
Seniors: Applications for the Miller City - New Cleveland Education Association Scholarship are available in the office. This scholarship is open to any senior who has been accepted into an accredited college or university for next year. Completed applications are due by Wed, April 1st.  
Student Summer Employment
Applications are available in the office for HS students wishing to apply for summer cleaning of the school. Applications are due back in the office no later than March 31st.
